The Blu Restaurant serves a buffet breakfast. Until late morning you can enjoy various types of carefully selected bread, jams, hot croissants and cakes, yoghurts, fruit juices, cheeses and deli meats. The Blu Restaurant has an agreement with the Garda Sporting Club Hotel and its veranda with bistrot looks out directly onto the swimming pool.
For brunch and lunchtime there is a selection of quick, light dishes on the menu, while in the evening the fresh local offerings from Trentino stand out. The Blu Restaurant hosts company dinners, business lunches, light snacks and banquets for special occasions.
